Use of the Site

The Site is provided to help you search for and learn about real property in Baldwin County, Alabama. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purpose of identifying property you may be interested in buying, or to conduct legitimate business with SHRG. You may not scrape, systematically extract, or republish listing data from the Site, or use it for any commercial purpose other than dealing with SHRG directly.

Listing information

Property listing data displayed on the Site is provided under license by the Baldwin County Association of REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service ("MLS"). It is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate by the MLS, and is subject to prior sale, change, or withdrawal without notice. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy property in any jurisdiction where such an offer or solicitation would be unlawful.

Full attribution and use-restriction language accompanies listing search results and listing detail pages; that language controls wherever it differs from this summary.

Accounts

Creating an account lets you save searches, set alerts, and save listings. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that occurs under your account. You may ask us to delete your account at any time — see our privacy policy.

No warranty

The Site and the information on it are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Real estate information changes frequently; confirm any detail that matters to your decision directly with a member of the firm before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHRG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on information found on it.

Intellectual property

Text, photography, and design elements on the Site that are not MLS listing data belong to SHRG or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Photography credits appear in the Site footer.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site, including an account, for conduct that violates these terms or that we believe harms the Site, other users, or the integrity of MLS data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change to these terms, we will update the effective date above.
